The Jeffer Network

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-13

This policy describes how dojo, operated by The Jeffer Network, handles information when a person chooses to use it.

Information accessed with Google

Some applications may ask a person to authorize limited Google access. Depending on the action, this can include reading a Google Sheet selected for an import, or creating and managing backup files in a Google Drive folder selected by that person.

Applications use this access only to perform the action the person requested. They do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers.

Storage and security

Application data is stored by the application operator for the period needed to provide the requested service. Long-lived authorization credentials, when required for unattended operation, are protected using application-managed encryption and are not displayed to browser users.

Public website pages contain no forms, tracking scripts, cookies, or administrative functionality.

Sharing and deletion

Information is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the requested application function. A person can revoke Google access from their Google Account security settings. They may request deletion of application data by contacting the operator using the contact method associated with the application that collected it.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the applications or their data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
